In 2024, the company completed a brand upgrade and established a dual-base manufacturing system, including a 5,000㎡ intelligent manufacturing center in Shenzhen and a 2,000㎡ standardized factory in Zhongshan. The Shenzhen headquarters focuses on research and development, core component production, and global marketing, while the Zhongshan factory is responsible for product assembly and mass production. Annual production capacity reaches 400,000 projection lights.

The company operates two smart manufacturing bases in Shenzhen and Zhongshan, featuring dust-free workshops and automated production lines, with an annual capacity of up to 400,000 lighting products. Each product follows eight key processes:including design, material sourcing, component processing, assembly, testing, customization, inspection, and packaging. Dedicated teams manage orders and logistics to ensure efficient delivery.
We use high-quality global materials such as OSRAM LED chips, MEAN WELL power supplies, AL6063 aluminum alloy, and optical lenses. Combined with self-developed optical coating technology, aviation-grade aluminum heat dissipation, and multi-layer sealing, our products deliver clear projection, strong heat resistance, and IP68 waterproof performance.
The modular design supports brightness adjustment, mode switching, and remote control. All products are manufactured under ISO9001 standards and undergo 12 quality inspections, including optical testing, 72-hour aging tests, and environmental testing before shipment, ensuring stable and reliable quality.
