Outdoor, High-temperature, Rotation and Multi-image Options
- Outdoor logo or warning sign projection should confirm IP rating, waterproof connector, installation angle and wind/rain exposure.
- For high-temperature use, the recommended normal ambient limit is about 55C; custom high-temperature configurations can be considered up to about 60C with ventilation confirmation.
- Rotating logo projection can use a motor module when the sign needs motion.
- Multi-image switching can be supplied on high-end or custom configurations.
- Dynamic patterns may require a dynamic disk or DMX control module depending on the effect.
Custom Gobo and Guidance Sign Buyer FAQ
Can I make my own gobo lens?
It may be possible if the glass, coating, thickness and engraving equipment match the projector requirements. For stable industrial projection, it is safer to confirm the material and slot size before production.
Can a projected sign be animated?
Yes. Two-frame animation, rotating projection, multi-image switching and DMX-controlled effects can be supplied on suitable configurations.
Can the sign be used outdoors?
Yes, but outdoor use should confirm IP rating, brightness, mounting angle, waterproof wiring, heat dissipation and the distance from the projection surface.
What should I send before quotation?
Please send the artwork file, desired image size, mounting height, projection distance, projection surface, indoor or outdoor use, voltage, color requirement, quantity and target country.
