The company operates two intelligent manufacturing bases in Shenzhen and Zhongshan, equipped with dust-free workshops and automated production lines. Annual production capacity can reach 400,000 lighting products.Each product goes through eight main production processes, including design and development, raw material purchasing, component processing, assembly and testing, pattern customization, quality inspection, and packaging. Both factories arrange dedicated staff to follow up on orders and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
We carefully select high-quality global materials, including OSRAM LED chips, Sanan Optoelectronics chips, MEAN WELL power supplies, AL6063 aluminum alloy, and high-transparency optical lenses. Supported by self-developed optical coating technology, integrated aviation-grade aluminum heat dissipation systems, and multiple sealing processes, our products provide clear projection effects, excellent heat performance, and IP68 waterproof protection.
The modular design also supports brightness adjustment, mode switching, and remote control functions.Throughout the whole production process, the company strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system. Twelve quality inspection procedures are carried out, and every product must pass optical testing, 72-hour aging tests, and different environmental tests before shipment.
