Laser Line Projector Adjustable Line Width for Warehouse Floor Marking and Industrial Area Division
Adjustable Projection Coverage – Features a 1:1.8 projection ratio, a working distance of 1–6 m, and a 0–180° adjustable bracket for accurate line positioning at different mounting angles.
Flexible Installation and Stable Power – This floor marking laser line projector uses an AC-to-DC constant-current power supply with a 12V operating voltage. It supports surface-mounted ceiling installation or base-mounted placement.
Industrial Cooling and Temperature Resistance – The cold-forged aluminum housing provides efficient heat dissipation and supports operation in temperatures ranging from −20°C to 60°C.
Long Service Life and Multiple Protections – Delivers a rated service life of at least 20,000 hours and includes lightning, over-current, over-voltage, electrical leakage, and moisture protection. The fixture measures 18 × 20 × 8 cm and weighs approximately 1 kg.

The 1:1.9 projection ratio means the projected line length is approximately 1.9 times the lens-to-floor distance. For example, a 3 m projection distance produces a line of about 5.7 m, while 5 m produces approximately 9.5 m. Actual coverage may vary slightly with the mounting angle and line-width setting.
The adjustable line width lets users balance precision and visibility. A thinner line is useful for positioning and accurate equipment alignment, while a wider line creates a more noticeable forklift boundary or restricted-area warning. The final setting should be selected according to the mounting angle, projection distance, ambient light, and floor condition.
Choose green for bright warehouses, longer viewing distances, and applications requiring maximum visual visibility. Choose yellow for caution zones or dark and gray floors where a distinctive boundary is needed without using the standard red danger color. Choose red for stop, danger, restricted-access, or no-crossing areas where red matches the facility’s safety-color system. The final choice should consider ambient lux, floor color, viewing distance, and local safety requirements.
