Noparde has launched a new LED line projector series with three power options: 100W, 150W, and 200W. The products create bright lines on floors and other surfaces, helping businesses mark walkways, working areas, equipment zones, and visitor routes.
Unlike paint or adhesive tape, a projected line does not require permanent changes to the floor. It can be moved or adjusted when the layout of a warehouse, factory, or exhibition space changes. This makes it useful for sites that need a clear but flexible visual guide.

Three Power Options for Different Projection Distances
Every installation has different requirements. Ceiling height, ambient light, floor color, and required line length can all affect the final result. The three-model range allows buyers to choose a suitable LED line projector based on the actual site.
The YZX-100LED is the 100W model. It delivers 5,500–6,000 lumens and has a recommended projection distance of 1–8 meters. It is suitable for shorter corridors, small production areas, indoor walkways, shops, museums, and other compact spaces.
The YZX-150LED is the 150W model. It provides 7,500–8,000 lumens and supports a recommended projection distance of 1–12 meters. This option can meet the needs of medium-sized warehouses, workshops, loading areas, and public buildings.
The YZX-200LED is the 200W model. It produces 10,000 lumens and supports a recommended projection distance of 1–15 meters. Its higher output makes it a practical option for larger industrial areas or installations with a longer distance between the projector and the floor.

Select a Color That Fits the Site
The 100W and 150W models are available in yellow, green, red, and blue. The 200W model is available in yellow, green, and blue. Different colors can help businesses separate routes or areas, but each site should define the meaning of its colors through its own operating rules and worker training.
For example, a warehouse may use one color for a pedestrian route and another for an equipment boundary. A factory may also use projected lines to show temporary working areas. However, a projected line is a visual guide and should not replace required warning signs, physical barriers, or formal safety procedures.

75° and 90° Lens Options
Each LED line projector supports 75° and 90° lens options. According to the product specifications, the 90° lens has a projection length ratio of about 1:3 and a width ratio of about 1:1. The 75° lens has a length ratio of about 1:2 and a width ratio of about 1:0.9.
The lens can be replaced when a different projection angle is required. Before selecting a lens, buyers should confirm the mounting distance, required line length, floor surface, and surrounding light. A test at the actual site can also help confirm the expected result.
Designed for Long Operating Hours
The series uses high-power Osram LED chips and a Mean Well constant-current power supply. The stated light-source life is at least 50,000 hours under suitable operating conditions. The color temperature is 8,500K, and the stated color rendering index is at least 80Ra.
Forced-air cooling and cold-forged aluminum help control heat during operation. The housing has a black anodized finish, and the adjustable bracket supports angles from 0° to 180°. The complete fixture weighs no more than approximately 5.65 kilograms.
The stated working temperature range is from -30°C to 60°C. The product manual also lists an IP68 protection rating for indoor and outdoor use. For an outdoor installation, the fixture, cables, connectors, and power supply should still be installed and protected correctly.
Applications Beyond Factory Floors
A projected line can be used in warehouses, factories, logistics centers, exhibition halls, museums, shopping areas, and public corridors. A LED line projector can mark a route beside storage racks, define the edge of a machine area, or guide visitors through an exhibition.
Because the line is created with light, there is no adhesive tape to peel away and no painted line to remove when the layout changes. This can be especially useful on floors that are frequently cleaned or where permanent markings are not suitable.

Choosing the Right Model
The new 100W model offers an efficient choice for shorter projection distances, while the 150W and 200W models support larger areas and longer distances. Together, the three power options allow the Noparde LED line projector series to serve a wider range of commercial and industrial projects.
Before ordering, buyers should provide the mounting height, required line length, preferred color, floor material, ambient light level, and indoor or outdoor conditions. Selecting the power and lens from real site information can help produce a clearer and more suitable line.
