This is a safety upgrade project for a heavy machinery manufacturing plant in the UK. The overhead crane working zones were exposed to persistent safety hazards. To build noticeable mobile warning areas on site, the client selected our industrial projection lights customized with standard STOP safety icons.
We mounted dedicated crane warning projectors on travelling cranes, with standard STOP safety patterns pre-set for projection. As the cranes travel, the equipment continuously casts clear STOP graphics onto the ground in real time. All projectors are engineered for long-duration operation under harsh industrial conditions.
The dynamic moving STOP projections create highly visible warning zones, helping all on-site personnel quickly identify danger areas. Since deployment, risks of pedestrian intrusion and equipment collision have been greatly minimized. The plant’s on-site safety management has become more standardized and efficient.
