On April 23, 2026, a logistics warehouse in Poland reviewed an industrial projector light solution for a floor visibility problem that had become difficult to ignore. Forklift boundary lines needed to stay clear near pedestrian edge areas, even with natural light, high-position lighting above 3,000 lux and an installation height of about 10 metres.

The existing floor markings were still present, but they were no longer doing enough work in daily traffic. Tire dust, cleaning routines and repeated forklift movement can soften painted or adhesive lines until the edge becomes easy to miss. For this warehouse, the issue was not the absence of a safety rule. It was whether drivers and workers could read that rule quickly when vehicles moved close to pedestrian routes.

The project information called for a laser line projector layout using 10 to 20 units. The site preferred a high-visibility color because the projected line had to hold its contrast in a bright warehouse. That moved the discussion away from simple brightness claims and toward a more practical question: whether the projection could match the height, light level and traffic pattern of the site.

Noparde proposed industrial laser line projector equipment to project safety lines onto the warehouse floor. The aim was to define forklift no-crossing boundaries and make the route edge easier to see before a vehicle reached a mixed traffic area.

Paint and tape still have value, but they sit where dust, cleaning and vehicle movement have the most contact. A projected line gives the same boundary a clearer presence in the operator’s field of view.

Lighting above 3,000 lux affects how bright the line appears to the eye. With 10 to 20 units, the layout also has to feel continuous. Operators should read it as one boundary system, not as separate patches of light.
